Refund policy

Cancellation Policy
* Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been dispatched. No cancellations will be accepted after this period.
* After dispatch, orders are eligible only for replacement in cases of product defects.
* Once a cancellation request is made, it will take a maximum of 4 business days to process, with a notification sent to confirm the cancellation and refund.

Exchange Policy
* Exchanges are allowed only for items with manufacturing defects or incorrect dispatch.
* For orders placed via WhatsApp, please initiate exchanges on the same platform.
* All exchange requests must be made within 4 working days of receiving the item. Misuse of the exchange policy may result in refusal of future requests.
* Failure to contact us timely to arrange the reverse pick-up, may lead to rejection for exchange request.
* In order to exchange the product kindly book courier on our office address. 
* Items bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store, and purchases made on sale/discounts are ineligible for exchange.
* Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation.
* If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from some Ekagani customer (such as gift), you will have to request Ekagani customer to initiate the exchange for you.

Return Policy
* Returns are accepted solely for items with manufacturing defects or incorrect dispatch; non-compliant returns will be sent back.
* Return requests must be initiated within 7 working days of receipt. A return fee of ₹250 will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued as store credit.
* Returns are only allowed if the delivered product does not match the order confirmation or has a quality/manufacturing defect. Each return request is reviewed individually.
* If a package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance, return it to the courier, and contact customer support at 7906739736 or ekagani.india@gmail.com.

Note: Items must be in original condition, with no damage, soil, washing, alteration, or wear beyond fitting purposes, and tags and labels intact.
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
